ECO Terraces is a new condominium development by ECO World in Paya Terubong, Penang. I was at the ECO Terraces Sales Gallery on Saturday, 28 May 2017, as I enrolled my daughter in the MY HAPPY PARENTS Superhero Kids Art Contest organized by ECO World and Kwong Wah Yit Poh. I have heard of ECO Terraces in one of the ECO World promotional events at Queensbay Mall quite some time ago. Being here, it looks like the developer is on track to deliver its promises of a nice, green condominium project in Paya Terubong.
There is a large arch at the entrance to ECO Terraces. I can imagine that future residents here will feel like they are entering a luxurious area of living every time they go back to their homes.
The ECO Terraces Sales Gallery is new and comfortable. I am really impressed with ECO World’s marketing effort.
Inside the sales gallery, there are Show Galleries for the different types of units available in the ECO Terraces condominium.
The actual condominium buildings at ECO Terraces are still under construction. Cranes can be seen in the construction area.
On the other side, at the back of the ECO Terraces Sales Gallery, the green area, dubbed The LAWN, has been completed. It is a beautiful piece of green area going uphill, perfect for a walk or exercise. We were there at noon, so it was a little hot. But, it will be very nice in the morning or evening, when the environment is cooler.
There is also a cafe here (named The LAWN CAFE), where you can get freshly brewed coffee and sandwiches/pastas.
Overall, I think the ECO Terraces condominium will be a nice, green sanctuary in the Paya Terubong area. With projects like this, it will gradually change the residential landscape of Paya Terubong from one dominated by low/middle-cost flats/apartments, to one that also includes high-end condominiums.
