The durian season is here again. My wife and I went to Anjung Indah in Balik Pulau last Friday (30 March 2018) to enjoy some early season durian there. Anjung Indah is a viewpoint along Jalan Tun Sardon, Balik Pulau, Penang. In addition to durian stalls, there is also a Thai restaurant located at Anjung Indah.
There were a few stalls selling durian that afternoon. The prices were competitive, quite similar to the prices at durian stalls along the roadside on the way to Balik Pulau. We ended up getting a “Hor Lor” durian and a “Red Dragon” durian. We enjoyed the durian very much, and look forward to the durian season getting into full swing soon.
