Mama Kim Sauna Mee (or Mama Kim Wellness Kitchen) is a restaurant with a focus on serving healthy food. The signature dish at Mama Kim Sauna Mee is of course, the Sauna Mee. The dish is served in a scorching stone hot pot, with broth/soup poured over it when served. The ingredients are a combination of vegetables, mushroom, carrot, corn, tofu, yam and butterfish (fish slices), with the option of brown rice, pumpkin noodles or mushroom rice noodles. The soup has a very light taste. There is home-made chilli paste available for those who like a spicy punch.
