The restaurant serves innovative Japanese food, some kind of a fusion between Japanese and Mexican food – it has the slogan “Burgers & Burritos On The Go”.
Sushi-B’rito’s signature dishes are Sushi Burrito and Rice Burger. The Sushi Burritos are sushi shaped like a burrito, with bigger portion of rice and fillings. The Rice Burgers meanwhile use grilled rice patties as bread, with fillings options like chicken katsu, beef patty, salmon and tempura prawn. There are also other Japanese fare like cup sushi, donburi dishes (chicken, salmon), edamame (soy beans in the pod) and many more.
