Tree Sparina is a freehold condominium within the Ideal Vision Park in Sungai Ara, Penang. It is located along Jalan Tun Dr Awang, with 3 blocks of building housing a total of 548 units. There are schools nearby, namely the Chung San Chinese Primary School (SJK (C) Chung San) and Straits International School.
I was at Tree Sparina condominium recently (13 January 2018) at the invitation of a friend. It was her son’s birthday party. The party was held on the ground floor area of Tree Sparina, where there are spaces for residents to rent for parties, and other events.
There are lots of greeneries in Tree Sparina. The children spend a lot of time at the playground, which is well maintained. The playground area is like a small field with green grass, where children can run around and play. There are swings, slides, and seesaw.
The infinity swimming pool is nice, with views of the hills in Sungai Ara. Setia Pearl Island can be seen from here. There are colourful water sprinklers in the swimming pool, which I imagine will be a fun thing for children.

How can I rent to do birthday party for my daughter ?
I think only Tree Sparina Condominium’s residents can rent the place. You will have to check with the management office.
