The Jalan Permai Market And Food Complex (Pasar Dan Kompleks Makanan Jalan Permai) is a relatively new market. At the time of writing, the food court area is open, but there is no seller in the market side of the complex yet. There is a stall at the food court, called SM TIFENS which serves excellent Indian food for breakfast. It is a hidden gem.
SM TIFENS is managed by the owners themselves, together with a few workers. The most popular food served here is thosai, which is only cooked when ordered. The thosai is served with a few types of curries/sauces, one of which is the dhal curry. SM TIFENS also sells fried bihun, nasi lemak, curry puffs, samosa and pastries. The dining area is clean and comfortable.
