Honda Service Centre Sungai Pinang is the main service centre for Honda cars in Penang island. The service centre, owned by Kah Motor Co. Sdn. Bhd. is located at the end of Lengkok Sungai Pinang (Address: 122-J, Lengkok Sungai Pinang, 10150 Georgetown, Penang. Tel: 04-2815100). Upon turning into Lengkok Sungai Pinang, you will see the Honda Sales Centre/Showroom on your left. Go straight to the end of Lengkok Sungai Pinang to find the service centre on your right.
At the service centre, a service adviser will attend to your car service needs. He/she will advise you on the service to be undertaken for your car, and give you an estimate on the time required. A normal car service typically takes about 3 hours. The centre also has a Body & Paint section for car repairs.
There is a customer lounge on Level 2 of the building, where customers can relax while waiting for their cars to be serviced. Light snacks like bread, cake, and sometimes nasi lemak are provided, as well as drinks like coffee, Milo, teh tarik, and water. There is also Wifi connection. The cars being serviced can be viewed from the customer lounge area.
As it is the main Honda service centre in Penang, most people service their Honda cars here. So, it is important to book an appointment early, preferably 1 or 2 months in advance. Overall, it is a pretty decent service centre for Honda cars.
