Yamaha do not have a service centre in Penang, so I have to look for alternatives. Audio Vision service centre charges RM30 for investigation work, and this amount can be used to offset the actual costs required for the repair. If the electrical appliance cannot be repaired, or the customer decided not to proceed with the repair, the RM30 is not refundable.
