Authorized Service Centre For Tefal Appliances In Penang

The Tefal brand is getting more and more popular in Malaysia. People are starting to use their appliances like rice cookers, steamers, toasters, pans, and others.

I currently use Tefal’s rice cooker at home (one that I got with my CIMB credit card points). Unfortunately, the lid got spoilt, and I was not able to close the rice cooker. Here is the model that I am using:

I asked around for someone who can repair a Tefal rice cooker, and finally found a shop, TMT Services Sdn. Bhd., which is an authorized service centre for the Tefal brand in Georgetown, Penang. It is located in a row of old shop houses in the heart of Georgetown. They were able to repair the lid of my Tefal rice cooker, so I’m happy.

I still have the shop’s sticker on my rice cooker.

It looks like TMT Services Sdn. Bhd. is also the authorized service centre for Philips, Kenwood, Elba, and Faber.
